Project Positive is a non-profit foundation governed and managed by a volunteer board of directors whose purpose is to raise funds to support innovative community-based HIV/AIDS projects, organizations, and partnerships in Winnipeg; Manitoba, Canada and Chennai; Tamil Nadu, India.
